Ruby Package - A
Using clear acrylic disposable dinnerware, Chips with salsa served as guests arrive.
Beef and Chicken Fajitas (gucamole, sour cream, diced tomates, grated cheese, pico de gallo and tortillas), with two sides like Spanish Rice and Pinto Beans, including water and unsweetened tea. (other menus are available)
White (or black) satin linen on buffet tables and staff in black tie. You are able to cover and decorate your guest tables with your own linen and centerpieces (most facilities have this service available).
Staff will serve bride and groom at their table and serve the wedding guests at the buffet stations. We assist with cake serving, as requested. Staff will remove setting after event ends.
This package cost is $15.00 per guest and may be reserved by a deposit of 50% (payments are ok).
Balance will become due 5 days prior to the event date. We reserve the lowest guest count and allow you to add guests the week prior to the event date.
